The results produced by CFXWorks´ AES encryption products are verified using the test vectors published by the National Institute of Standards (NIST) in Federal Information Processing Standards Publication 197 (FIPS-197) and in the Special Publication 800-38A (SP800-38A). CFXWorks verifies our AES encryption products using the vectors published for 128-bit, 192-bit and 256-bit encryption for both the ECB and CBC modes of operation.

These tests are especially important in that they offer assurance to users of CFXWorks products that the results these products are correct, that they are consistent across all of supported platforms and languages, that data can be encrypted on any supported platform and decrypted on any supported platform, and that encryption keys, initialization vectors and modes of operation are consistent on a cross platform cross language basis.
